My story

I grew up in the heart of the Swiss Alps, where I was very close to nature and spent a lot of time in the vineyards, in the forest or on vacation at the beach and the sea. I quickly developed a deep connection with nature and I could interact with plants and creatures of all kinds.

I grew up right on the language border and so my second great passion developed in dealing with people of different cultures: bringing people together.

From my passion for nature and bringing people together came the dream of organizing festivals in nature. To realize this dream, I moved to Berlin after my studies, where I became part of several artist collectives and eventually was involved in organizing several festivals. For several years I was involved in intercultural and community-based projects where creativity and freedom merge. Where space for change is created and the possibility is offered to be part of something bigger than ourselves: to leave this world a little better than we found it.

Then I was drawn to the wider world. I was very drawn to Central America, and it was in Costa Rica, at the Envision Festival, where I first heard about permaculture and community living in the context of alternative living development. I had finally found what I had never really consciously sought, and joined the regenerative movement.

In order to have a good impact on everything around me, I had to engage in my own healing process.

Together with the new lifestyle that permaculture offered me, I found in yoga exactly the complement that accelerated my inner development and physical healing, and fundamentally changed my approach to life.

Both yoga and permaculture emphasize the importance of connecting with nature and understanding our place in it. Both practices promote a sustainable lifestyle as well as mindfulness and presence in the moment. I learned a holistic approach to well-being and started to view the physical, mental, and spiritual aspects of life as interconnected.

With travel as another passion of mine, I moved from permaculture project to permaculture project, from one intentional community to another, completed several permaculture design certifications in different climates, and trained as a yoga teacher. I learned a lot about personal growth, the relationship between people and their natural environment, and the tools that can help make the world sustainable and livable.

In addition, I have worked extensively on spiritual growth, participating in many retreats and developing a regular practice of self-discovery. From this space I have begun to offer various transformative experiences for individuals and groups.

My philosophy

My work is based on the idea that our behavior and actions have an impact on the world around us and all living things in it.

We are part of the ecosystem and our well-being depends on how well we manage to reconnect with nature and learn to live in harmony with it. Therefore, man's disconnection from nature is the main cause of the environmental crisis.

If we become aware of how important an intact nature is for our survival and we reconnect with the community of all living beings around us, we can change our way of life and use the resources at our disposal responsibly.

Ultimately, we are all interconnected and affect each other.

We should strive to give back to nature and bring about positive change to create a better world for ourselves, our community, and future generations.

My mission is therefore to connect people back to nature by creating complete ecosystems and transformative experiences that give us back the lost feeling that we are part of the wonderful network of life.

Connect

By connecting with ourselves, with everything around us, and with nature, we become part of a greater whole and can improve our impact as well as accelerate our healing.

Learn

The ability to learn is the key to a successful life. Responding creatively to change by unlearning, relearning and new learning is the path to resilience.

Grow

Liberating the human soul, stimulating the mind, increasing passion, and accelerating personal growth are the core elements for the rise of the collective consciousness.
