Permaculture Design – Vineyard Eladio

Nestled in the countryside of Charco del Pino, Tenerife, Vineyard Eladío serves as a community-focused retreat center.

In May 2022, a Kick-Off Meeting was convened to align visions and establish a cohesive framework for a regenerative design project.

This gathering emphasized the importance of collaborative planning, detailed discussions on project goals, and a comprehensive analysis of the property's unique characteristics.

The project aims to transform the existing 3,500 m² property, which features a traditional Canarian cottage, glamping sites, and communal spaces, into a model of sustainability and natural beauty.

The design plan focuses on enhancing the vineyard's ecological health, promoting biodiversity, and creating an environment that fosters a deep connection with nature.

This approach not only enriches the guest experience but also contributes to the land's long-term vitality.

Operating under a rental agreement, Vineyard Eladío exemplifies how sustainable practices can be seamlessly integrated into hospitality services.

The project emphasizes low-cost, high-impact regenerative methods, such as utilizing recycled and natural materials in construction and offering eco-friendly accommodations.

Guests are invited to participate in community activities, including shared meals and outdoor adventures, fostering a sense of belonging and environmental stewardship.
