Terms and Conditions of Business and Liability Waiver

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using our website or purchasing any retreats through it. By accessing or using our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions, including the no-refund policy for purchases, with the possibility of swapping your spot with somebody else.

1. Introduction

1.1. The website www.jonathancina.re (referred to as “the website” or “our Website”) provides information and facilitates the booking and purchase of retreats.

1.2. The term “we,” “us,” or “our” refers to ReGeSol GmbH, the owner and operator of the website.

1.3. The term “you” refers to the user or customer using our website and/or purchasing retreats through it.

2. Retreat Bookings

2.1. All retreat bookings are subject to availability and acceptance, and we reserve the right to decline any booking request.

2.2. By making a booking through our website, you acknowledge that you are at least 18 years old or are accessing the Website with the consent of a parent or guardian.

2.3. The booking is considered confirmed only when full payment is received.

2.4. Retreat itineraries are subject to change at our discretion due to unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control.

3. Payments

3.1. All prices for retreats are displayed in CHF and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

3.2. Payment for retreats must be made in full at the time of booking through our secure payment gateway.

4. No Refund Policy with Swap Possibility

4.1. All purchases of retreats are non-refundable. Once a booking is confirmed and payment is made, no refunds will be provided for any reason, including but not limited to changes in your personal circumstances or travel plans, medical issues, or cancellations.

4.2. However, if you are unable to attend the retreat after making a booking, you may have the option to swap your spot with somebody else. To exercise this option, you must inform us of the proposed swap at least 30 days before the start date of the retreat. The person taking your spot must meet all the eligibility criteria for the retreat and will be subject to our approval.

4.3. Swapping spots will be solely at our discretion and may incur administrative fees. Any financial arrangements between you and the person swapping with you are your responsibility, and we shall not be liable for any disputes arising from the swap.

5. Liability Waiver

5.1. Participation in retreat activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical activities, travel-related risks, and exposure to unfamiliar environments.

5.2. By participating in a retreat booked through our website, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with the retreat, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or any other loss that may occur during the retreat.

5.3. You agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless ReGeSol GmbH, its employees, agents, and representatives from any liability, claims, demands, actions, or rights of action, which are related to, arise out of, or are in any way connected with your participation in the retreat.

5.4. We strongly recommend that you obtain adequate travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances or events that may result in personal injury, property damage, or other losses during the retreat.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1. All content and materials on the website, including but not limited to text, images, logos, and trademarks, are the property of ReGeSol GmbH and are protected by intellectual property laws.

6.2. You may not use, reproduce, distribute, or modify any content or materials from the Website without our prior written consent.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

7.1. These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland, and any disputes arising from these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Switzerland.

8. Changes to the Terms and Conditions

8.1. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. The most current version of the terms and conditions will be posted on the Website, and your continued use of the Website and purchase of retreats will constitute your acceptance of any changes.
